The carnet holder must be a registered company in Macau and should submit the following documents to World Trade Center Macau - ATA Carnet Issuing Department:

• ATA Carnet Form
• Application Form and Undertaking
• Letter of Authorisation (if any)
• Commercial Invoice of the goods
• Copy of the Company Registration information
• Application Fee
• Deposit or Bank Guarantee

The Maximum value of goods covered by a carnet should not exceed MOP$5 million.

From the time the duly completed documents are received by the ATA Carnet Issuing Department, it will ordinarily take 2 working days to process the application and issue the ATA Carnet.
