The WTC Macau Arbitration Center operates within the World Trade Center Macau and is directed by a General Council comprised of a President, two Members and a Secretary-General.
The members of General Council, when exercising their functions, are forbidden to act as arbitrators or conciliators or even as representatives of the parties, in any process undergoing its terms before an arbitral tribunal organized by the Center. |
